Starting guide DITM-Interchange

To get access to data on the DITM interchange, you need to apply for a local actor.

Access on the interchange is only possible from whitelisted IPs.


How to apply for IP whitelisting


Send a ticket to http://monotch.freshdesk.com/

  • Create a new FreshDesk support ticket by clicking on “New Support Ticket” on the http://monotch.freshdesk.com/ page

  • Provide us with the name of your organisation and the to be whitelisted IP address(es). Please note only single IPs can be whitelisted, whitelisting of subnets is not possible.



How to apply for a local actor

Send a ticket tohttp://monotch.freshdesk.com/

  • Create a new FreshDesk support ticket by clicking on “New Support Ticket” on the http://monotch.freshdesk.com/ page

  • Provide us with the name of your organisation, the name of the actor and the CSR

  • Example:

    • Name: Monotch

    • Actor: test-actor

    • CSR (with common name: citsinterchange.nl.udap.monotch.test-actor)
