TLEX Interchange offers five flexible tiers under the Flex Plan, designed to scale with your data volume, ecosystem size, and support needs. All tiers include:

? When to Choose Each Tier

Tier	Best For
Free Trial	Testing the platform, exploring the UI, and validating basic functionality before committing to a project.
Pilot	Small-scale pilots or proof-of-concept projects with limited data (≤ 1,000 MB/day) and up to 10 ecosystem participants.
Project	Mid-sized deployments with moderate data needs (≤ 2,500 MB/day) and up to 100 participants. Ideal for regional or city-level implementations.
Rollout	Large-scale rollouts with high data throughput (≤ 7,500 MB/day) and up to 100 participants. Suitable for national or multi-city deployments.
Tailored	Custom, high-demand environments requiring advanced features, unlimited connections, or integration with external systems. Contact Monotch directly.

? Switching Between Tiers

You can upgrade or downgrade once per month.
Submit a support ticket to request a change.
Changes are processed within 1 working day.

? Billing

All billing is handled via the Azure Marketplace.
Charges are prorated based on usage.
Azure infrastructure costs (e.g., VMs) are billed separately by Microsoft.

? TLEX Interchange Tailored solution

The only tier that is not available via Azure is the TAILORED tier. This tier has additional features, including:

Unlimited concurrent connections;
Use a custom DNS;
Use any external PKI;
Support federation (C-Roads II interface);
Configure backup to your preferred location;
Add additional converters or interfaces.
