Q: I can not access the UDAP support portal. What should I do?
A: First, contact your main UDAP user in your company. If all account settings are OK, it may be a whitelisting issue. Your main contact can create a UDAP support ticket to request IP whitelisting so you can access UDAP. In case you don't have a main UDAP user in your company, you may contact NDW (the governing organization for UDAP): https://www.ndw.nu/contact
